·        Franchisee Applications:  We permit users who are interested in franchise opportunities with Edible Arrangements to submit franchisee applications online through this Website.  If you choose to submit a franchisee application through this Website, we will ask you to provide detailed and verifiable information, including your name, your spouse’s name, your contact information, your Social Security Number, and information about your work and professional experience, your educational background and personal and/or business finances.  In addition, we will ask for permission to conduct a check regarding your credit history, work experience, and general character.  If you do not consent, we will not be able to process your application.  We utilize industry-standard SSL technology to allow for the encryption of all franchisee applications submitted on our Website.  For additional details about our information security practices please see the section entitled SECURITY. ·        Electronic Mail:  Edible Arrangements may retain the content of any e-mail that Edible Arrangements receives, the e-mail address from which it is sent, and our response.  Content and other information in or related to e-mails sent by you to Edible Arrangements may be used as testimonials or for other marketing purposes in accordance with the Terms. Please be aware that when you receive a receipt acknowledging your e-mail or your submission of an order or application form, it means that the message or form has been routed into the Internet, and not that it has been received by us.
