(including organization information for Corporate Accounts), and to choose a
username and password. For each Account, we will maintain and allow
Account holders to view order history and order shipment status. Account

Arrangements to submit franchisee applications online through this

including your name, your spouse’s name, your contact information, your Social
Security Number, and information about your work and professional experience,
your educational background and personal and/or business finances. In
addition, we will ask for permission to conduct a check regarding your credit
history, work experience, and general character. If you do not consent,
we will not be able to process your application. We utilize
