Matt created our operational support programs for both single-unit and multi-unit
franchisees. These programs focus on building sales, controlling costs, and improving
employee accountability. Matt’s aim is to share with franchisees his knowledge of
operational efficiency, effective store management, and small business financial
management to help them create success for themselves as Edible Arrangements® franchise
owners.
Matt Bailey came to Edible Arrangements with a strong background in franchising
and store operations. He previously worked for American Dairy Queen Corporation as
a Franchise Field Business Consultant where he was the point of contact for franchisees
in the Northeast market. His work there focused on partnering with franchisees to
build sales and improve store level profitability.
